Kariontae Victor commits to play for GLCC Women's Basketball

Great Lakes Christian College women's basketball recently announced the commitment from Kariontae Victor to play for this upcoming 2017-18 season. Kariontae is a point guard coming in from Baton Rouge Community College in Louisiana.

Michael Reese signs with Great Lakes Men's Basketball

Michael Reese recently signed to play for Great Lakes Christian College this upcoming season. Michael has played basketball for 16 years. 5 years at Resurrection Sunday, and 4 years at Lansing Catholic High School. He plans on studying secondary education with an emphasis in math and a minor in history.

Jaylla Dooley signs with Great Lakes basketball

East Kentwood High School senior forward signed with Great Lakes Christian College women's basketball program for this upcoming season. Jaylla played a key part of her teams success this season as they went to the state finals.

Terrianna Arrington Signs with Great Lakes

Burton Bendle High School senior forward signed with Great Lakes Christian College women's basketball program for this upcoming season. Terrianna played a key part of her teams success this season as they went 18-2 for the year.

Oke Johnson Signs with GLCC

The Great Lakes Christian College Women’s Basketball Program is pleased to announce the signing of the Oghenehoke (Oke) Johnson, from Okemos High School. Oke played the guard/forward position for the Lady Chiefs basketball team this year. Oke comes from a big family where she has two brothers, two sisters and two wonderful parents, Willie and Kathy Johnson. Oke was born and raised in church. Her parents found it imperative that she grew up knowing the love of God, and she now continues to grow in her faith. In her free time, she enjoys singing and writing. Oke plans on studying history/political science at GLCC. The Great Lakes Women’s Basketball Program looks forward to having Oke be a key part of the rotation for next season’s rugged schedule in the Mid-East.

GLCC Basketball Players earn NCCAA Honorable Mention

Great Lakes Christian College senior women's basketball player Alisha Schneider and sophomore men's basketball player, Lance Adams, were honored recently by the NCCAA, for the Mid-East All Region Honorable Mention award. The award ceremony took place during the Regional Tournament at Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where they were honored. Congratulations on a terrific season Alisha and Lance!
